Interim Part-time People Officer (6 month contract initially - 22 hours a week)
GBP26,427 pro-rata
Hollingbury / WFH

This is a great opportunity for a People Officer to support this organisation initially for a period of 6 months.

You will supervise and administer the timely, accurate and efficient processing of People transactions and provide advice and guidance on nominated People policies and processes. You will also manage the provision of an efficient and customer-focussed People operations helpline and first line advisory service. Assisting the People Operations Manager with the development and delivery of an efficient and effective, quality-driven and customer-focussed People Operations service, you will ensure compliance with legislation, policy and best practice as well as managing the performance and development of direct reports.

Ideally you are CIPD qualified with 3 years' HR experience of providing a range of people advice and guidance to Managers. You will also have up-to-date employment law and experience of supervising a small team.
