Client Services Administrator (Full or Part-time)
This is a brand-new role and you will be the main point of contact for all clients, both new and existing, and responsible for the administration and onboarding of new clients and matters for all areas of the firm. Your role will be pivotal in building ongoing relationships with clients, contacts, and other parties.
We are seeking someone with a positive approach and strong communication, inter-personal and customer service skills, who will be able to prioritise tasks and take ownership of issues that may arise.
Timely responses to enquiries and the distribution of all documentation that arrives into the business are critical to success in this role.
We require strong Microsoft Office Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel and an ability to quickly learn how to use specialist software. Good attention to detail, organisational skills and a confident telephone manner are essential requirements.
Experience in the legal sector would be desirable but is not essential as full training can be given
