EMEA Reward Analyst (Part Time or Full Time)

30,000 - 40,000 (pro rata / full time)

The company

International organisation with an impressive history of growth seeking to appoint a Reward Analyst that will cover the EMEA and potentially more global markets as well. This role is being offered on a part time (4 days per week) or full time basis.

The role

Working and supporting the Compensation Manager the role will be and includes you dealing with:

  • Providing advice and support on all matters of Reward across EMEA
  • Lead on researching and gathering of internal/external salary data to provide job benchmarks.
  • Proactively analysing compensation across the global markets
  • Review and develop Reward solutions that attract, motivate and retain Talent
  • Keep up to date with market
  • Participate in appropriate salary/reward reviews
  • Support data validation exercises, system developments and annual reviews
  • Support with Gender Pay Gap analysis and process
  • Support the ongoing administration for incentive plans the company currently has
  • Review and implement new processes and procedure
  • Analyse and support the development of EMEA Benefit programs
  • Roll out new reward initiatives
  • Reporting monthly on headcount
  • Analyse HR data

What you will need to be successful

This is a global reaching role and you will have worked in a large corporate business already having gained experience as a Reward expert.

To be considered for the role you need:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Background of working at an EMEA / Global level with in Rewards
  • Experience using HRIS
  • Experience of bench-marking methodology
  • You will need to be proactive, results focused and able to deal with tight deadlines
  • Communication with stakeholders is a large part of this role and therefore you will need to be able to communicate effectively both with senior management teams and the wiser business community.

What you will receive in return

This role would suit someone with seeing to work 4 days per week (30k) for someone who would prefer to work on a full time basis. The role also is currently working from home until September at which time the business are proposing hybrid working (3 days per week in the office, pro rata for a per time person)., 25 days annual leave, pension.
