Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with a world-class manufacturing business to recruit a temporary HR Administrator for a period of 2 months.

This is a part-time position (circa 18.5 hours/week) and is to start over the coming week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment requisitions
  • Circulating adverts internally and uploading to job boards
  • Liaising with agencies as appropriate regarding sourcing candidates and arranging interviews/regrets
  • Arrange interviews and process regret letters/emails
  • Prepare offer letters/contracts
  • Process reimbursement of interview expenses
  • Assist in monitoring probationary periods
  • Managing administration of sickness/absence process
