The Logistics Executive is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the logistical flow of Finished Goods products for traditional retail and e-Commerce. The role will manage inventory levels across multiple platforms with different physical and systematic flows and deal with large scale deliveries for retail down to individual pick and pack requirements for the eCommerce business. 

The role will also maintain a relationship with the Third-Party Logistics provider (3PL) as well as delivery companies for the eCommerce consumer deliveries.  In turn the role will support the overall delivery of the business objective of building A BETTER TOMORROW Supply Chain
 
Example accountabilities
  
·       Primary accountability for ensuring the delivery of goods are completed accurately and safely
·       Primary accountability for the inventory holding across multiple financial entities
·       Primary accountability for the stock availability in relation to multiple platforms       Support the Logistics Manager by ensuring that the relevant Business Continuity Plans are in place for key functions and that they are reviewed & tested as per the agreed schedule.
·       Support the Logistics Manager by providing a flexible approach and by supplying accurate and timely information in relation to audits by external bodies.
·       Day to day administrative duties including product accurate reporting and order processing
·       Demonstrate continuous improvement mind set and improve ways of working
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
·       Experience in Logistics Operations/Warehouse Management
·       Experience of Inventory/Warehouse management processes
·       Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is a benefit
·       Stakeholder communication across multiple levels and styles
·       Good numerical skills
·       Data analysis
