What you'll do:

- Lead the guard force contract, owning both budget and priorities
- Take the lead on Physical security response to the threats and vulnerabilities for Sky UK and its visitors as they arise
- Take charge of assessment of operational vulnerabilities at locations and develop strategic approaches to mitigate identified risk with proven integrated solutions and security best practices
- Support Sky UK's Crisis Response, Management & Escalation efforts, where required via Sky Spaces
- Provide support on security related issues across Business Units, including traveller- in conjunction with Group Security
- Provide advice and judgement on Security Systems - CCTV, Access control, intruder alarms and keyholding.


What you'll bring:

- Graduate calibre or extensive operational experience
- Background in policing, military, or corporate security with higher level investigatory, forensics and risk frameworks
- Experience of delivering successful security programmes in industry
- Previous experience of handling intelligence and briefing operational staff
- Ability to analyse available information and be exceptionally resourceful to source new information
- Can effectively manage high volume of information, prioritise assignments and maintain composure under pressure
