Are you an experienced in-house recruiter with a yen to work with a business that values and supports your ideas? Do you itch and twitch to make things better, from pipelining to onboarding? Do you need a flexible working pattern to keep the wheels of your life turning in glorious synchronicity? We may be just what you're looking for!

ComXo are the leading UK provider of global switchboard support services and are the voice of 200 plus professional services firms across the city of London and beyond. At our core we value Politeness, Professionalism, Proficiency and Personality.

Over the last few years, ComXo has made fantastic strides in how we recruit. We rarely use agencies, and our team is fully committed to working in partnership with our in-house recruiter to attract, secure and keep the right people. As a result, our culture is second to none. Truly, we feel and behave like a family. The bulk of our recruitment is on our switchboard team - our high end services are used by the cream of the legal sector, and our team reflects this quality in everything they do and every interaction they have.

Your challenge will be to build on our past success using your own experience of what works well, backed up by our own research and analysis. You'll do this by improving in particular how we assess, supporting our hiring managers to test the right skills and competencies, giving them the support, tools and frameworks to hire confidently, properly and consistently. We need your ideas, experience and inspiration, and we'll support you every step of the way.

It's recruitment, absolutely, and so much more besides. You'll analyse who performs well, explore new routes to candidates, improve our assessment techniques, work with training and onboarding to reduce attrition, and continuously improve everything we do. All of this will contribute in a tangible way to our business growth, as finding and keeping good people is critical to our expansion plans.

This will probably speak to you if you're looking for a home that values your experience, knowledge and instincts; if you've ever been frustrated that your ideas are not taken seriously; if you are curious, restless, and determined to ring the changes and make a true, long lasting impact.

What is most important is your 'can do' attitude and passion to go above and beyond to deliver a first-class service to our clients, and in return we will provide great benefits and invest time in developing you along your career.

This is a part-time role for 20-25 hours per week (negotiable).
