Your challenge will be to build on our past success using your own experience of what works well, backed up by our own research and analysis. You'll do this by improving in particular how we assess, supporting our hiring managers to test the right skills and competencies, giving them the support, tools and frameworks to hire confidently, properly and consistently. We need your ideas, experience and inspiration, and we'll support you every step of the way.

It's recruitment, absolutely, and so much more besides. You'll analyse who performs well, explore new routes to candidates, improve our assessment techniques, work with training and onboarding to reduce attrition, and continuously improve everything we do. All of this will contribute in a tangible way to our business growth, as finding and keeping good people is critical to our expansion plans.
