An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR administrator to join our client based in Sheffield.

Please note that this is a part time role working 22 hours per week but how these hours can be covered is very flexible.

The main purpose of your role is to provide administrative support to a busy HR team. Your key duties will be to maintain accurate HR records including the administration of all starters and leavers including compliance, contract changes and absence management tracking system. You will also provide support to the Occupation Health team by booking and arranging appointments and managing first aid training.

You will have previous administration experience, ideally within a HR environment. Attention to detail and the ability to work at pace is key for this role. You will be organised, with excellent written and verbal communication and be proficient using systems.

Salary payable is Circa GBP20,000 (Pro-Rata) with free parking on site.
