Do you have experience of and enjoy making B2B/Sales/Customer Service calls on an existing database? Would you like to be speaking with or have experience of calling Facilities Managers, Estates Managers or Health & Safety Managers? If so then read on.

A new opportunity has arisen to work with a successful company that is planning growth for this year and therefore looking to recruit an additional member to their Business Development team.

This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive and motivated candidate looking for part-time hours to support a business in an outbound call role, responsible for booking meetings for the sales manager to attend.

The successful candidate MUST HAVE worked in an outbound sales call position previously, be personable, a strong communicator and able to build rapports quickly. You will be expected to book meetings for the sales manager to attend, working to a realistic target and earning commission per appointment booked.

You will benefit from working in an appealing office environment with a friendly and welcoming team and flexible working hours.

Working Hours: Flexible - Mon-Thursday 18-24 hours per week can be flexible ideal days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8.30 - 4.30 / 9.00 - 5.00.

Responsibilities for the Part Time Business Development Representative include:

  • Calling companies from an existing CRM database and building a pipeline of warm leads
  • Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Director
  • Introducing the business by emailing information and creating proposals
  • Work towards agreed weekly kpi call and appointment targets
  • Maintenance of CRM database

The successful Part Time Business Development Representative will ideally have:

  • Great communication skills
  • Previous B2B experience (not essential)
  • Experience in using a CRM database
  • A positive and self motivated approach to working
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player and the ability to work alone
  • The ability to quickly build a rapport with clients
