Group Aftersales (GA) is a team of aftersales experts working with colleagues across the VWG business to ensure the successful delivery of Volkswagen Group's ambitions, whilst leveraging group synergies. There are four departments – Service & Technical, Aftersales Business Development, Group Parts Logistics and Group Parts Operations (GPO). Within GPO, there are 82 TPS Centres providing the high-quality Genuine Parts and products which our trade customers need to ensure they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles; there are also 175 VWG approved Paint and Body Centres, providing the very highest quality repair solutions for every car that the Volkswagen Group produces. We are future driven and determined to deliver the best performance with our brands, and the best experience for our customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a TPS Parts Marketing Manager to join our Group Parts Operations team on a full time permanent basis. You'll be responsible for design, development in implementation of all B2B product marketing and promotional activities to support the performance and growth of the TPS business. You will focus on the development of activity to support Genuine Parts, Economy Parts and Quantum consumables. You'll view and manage the financial performance of all campaigns and ensure we have the launch, communication, pricing and customer proposition right at all times.

So what are we looking for? You'll have experience in the automotive industry and ideally have worked in Product or B2B Marketing before. You'll have experience working on strategic initiatives, be performance and results orientated and naturally analytical and numerate. You'll be part of a tight knit marketing department within a high-performing team and be passionate about supporting our customers and finding new and creative ways to grow TPS. You'll have frequent interaction with senior stakeholders and be naturally good at building relationships and influencing at a high level.
