Supporter Experience Assistant

Position: Supporter Experience Assistant

Location: This is an office-based role in our modern, ‘agile’ office with free parking, just a 15-minute walk from Fleet station.

Salary: Part time: £20,300 pa pro rata for core hours. Flexible hours paid at a rate to include rolled up holiday.

Hours: 28 core hours per week, worked between Monday to Saturday within the hours 08:00 – 20:00; up to 7 additional flexible hours within your agreed window of availability.

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Supporter Experience Assistant to join the fast paced and exciting Engagement Centre to ensure that supporters are known, loved, protected, and ignited to action as part of a global movement for children in poverty.

You’ll be joining on a permanent contract made up of 4 core days and 1 flexible working day a week. This is an office based position but working from home during Covid19 restrictions, with high levels of flexible home working hours thereafter.

Responsibilities included:

  • Actively maintain and promote the charity’s Christian ethos and values
  • Build relationships with supporters to ensure they are known, loved, protected, and ignited to action

About You

To flourish in this role, you’ll need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Core computer and administration skills

It would help (but isn’t essential) to have:

  • Experience using a CRM tool or customer database

Personally, committed to the Christian faith. There’s an occupational requirement for the holder of this role to be a practising Christian, in order to promote the charity’s ethos and help others to experience, explore and express the faith-based motivation of our work.
