HR Reward Specialist

This is a part time or full time opportunity (working 3, 4 or 5 full-days a week - salary pro rata for part time) to support the Senior Manager, EMEA Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and will act as Reward Subject Matter Expert for stakeholders at all levels, supporting the annual compensation and benefit cycles. This will include annual salary review process, bonus pay management, and other compensation, benefit or HRIS development projects.

The Reward Specialist will look after day-to-day management of reward policies and processes, job evaluations, grading and pay structures. They will also provide advice and contribute to the development of the Reward Strategy in alignment with Company and Departmental Strategic Goals.

This Reward Specialist role would suit an experienced and empowering Reward Specialist from a medium/large organisation background who enjoys being part of an HR function whose role is to influence, inspire, engage and inform colleagues in order to maintain and build upon a culture conducive to excellent performance.

Reward Specialist Responsibilities

As the Reward Specialist some of your duties will include:

• Providing advice and support on all reward matters across EMEA
• Leading on projects and providing recommendations to senior management
• Reviewing and developing reward solutions to attract and retain talent
• Providing support for key annual compensation activities
• Analysis and support of benefits programmes
• Collating and analysing data and producing reports and metrics such as D&I statistics for the leadership team

Reward Specialist Experience

This role will suit someone with a proven work history in a Reward Subject Matter role. The ideal person will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and be able to present data in a simple and logical format. They will have experience and working knowledge of one or more Marketing Pricing Systems such as HAY, Towers Watson, Mercer Benchmarking methodology. To succeed in this role, they will need to be analytical with excellent attention to detail and have a proven ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities and respond to adhoc requests for data at short notice.

Location

The office is based in Aylesbury, there is onsite parking available. Flexible working is negotiable with 3 days a week in the office and the rest working remotely for a full time role and 1-2 days in the office if part time. The role is currently 100% remote with a phased return to the office scheduled for August.
