We are currently looking for an experienced PA to work on a temp basis in a School in Slough from the 31st of August.

This will be on a part time basis to do either the mornings,5 days a week or 3 long days, you must be flexible with this.

We are offering GBP10.50 per hour

Some duties will include:

• acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
