About the team:

Design and develop new ranges, taking responsibility for everything from design concept through to technical development and product selection.

About the role:
 

  • Work closely with the Designer to support the whole design process from planning and designing new ranges through to product selection.
  • Conducting research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and design inspiration.
  • Help to produce creative garment designs that represent the very latest fashion and trends in Childrenswear.
  • Assist with the creation of design packs; using CAD to produce technical garment specifications.
  • Work alongside various Product teams such as Technology to ensure the most effective way of producing prototypes.

Criteria

About you:
 

  • Highly creative with a real vision for assisting with the design of our Childrenswear ranges.
  • Proven experience of garment design and working with product, preferably gained in a fast paced commercial environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate your commercial awareness and understanding of fashion and trends.
  • Experienced / proficient with Cad Adobe software
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in order to meet multiple deadlines
