Recruitment Administrator Head Office (Leicester)
About the role
Sytner Group are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Leicester.
You will be joining a fun, vibrant and supportive team.
This is a varied and interesting role, where you will be responsible for a range of Recruitment administrative duties and supporting the wider team when needed.
You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support throughout the entirety of the recruitment process including:
- Advertising Vacancies
- Ensuring the system is used effectively and kept up to date
- Screening CVs
- Reviewing Video profiles
- Shortlisting candidates
- Liaising with hiring managers across the group.
- Supporting candidates through the recruitment process where required
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work on their own initiative.
You must be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills.
You must be able to work at pace towards changing priorities.
You will have the confidence to liaise with hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment outcome.
