We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Returns Coordinator to join our talented team in Swindon.
Reporting to the Merchandise Shared Services Manager, the main purpose of this role is to manage the recall process for the business including setting up of recalls, the recall schedule and the receiving of all relevant returns authorisations from suppliers in line with business requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be setting up recalls on the systems, finalising the detail of lines being recalled and liaising with the Travel and High Street Merchandising teams to ensure critical paths are met and all stock coming back to the DC has a suitable exit route. You will produce reports to show % requested recall lines and volumes chased/approved as well as completing any administration duties to make recalls available to store on time and with a high level of accuracy.
You will follow up on returns authorisations with suppliers to ensure all returnable stock is approved to maximise company profit. You will liaise with the returns DC to drive efficiencies and process improvements along with ensuring any queries, both internal and external are answered in a timely manner and followed through to a resolution.
What we are looking for:
It would be great if you had previous experience in a stock management role or come from a Retail environment, with experience in a numerical focussed role where you are in contact with a large amount of data. You should have strong MS office skills in particular Microsoft Excel and have the ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative, with strong communication skills both verbally and written.
