Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a leading charitable organisation who are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.
Role: Team Administrator
Location: Sheffield + free on site parking
Contract: Permanent | 22.5hr per week (3 days a week, to be agreed with successful applicant)
Salary: GBP11,100pa (GBP18,500pa FTE) + generous holiday entitlement
Duties:
Administration support on projects
Producing accurate documentation and correspondence
Updating internal systems accurately
Point of contact for enquiries through email, phone and in person
Other administration tasks that may occurWhat you will need to succeed:
Previous experience working in an Administration role
Experience in a HR / Recruitment environment may be beneficial
Able to communicate effectively
Confident using IT systems such as Microsoft Office suite
