Responding to the growth of the business internationally, the strategic focus to create international career opportunities for our top talent and the increasing complexity of the Global Mobility landscape we have an ongoing need for strong internal capability in the area Global Mobility management to embed our Global Mobility programme and ensure our processes are fit for the future.

What you'll do:

You'll provide high quality support and specialist knowledge on mobility, ensuring key activities are completed to a high standard for our international assignees, ensuring data accuracy, HR activities and compliance are met throughout the assignment lifecycle.

These include the following:

- To manage assignments end to end and be the key contact for all assignees throughout their assignment life cycle, providing technical advice where required.
- Manage key operational deliverables of the assignment life cycle actions within agreed SLA and with data accuracy.
- To have the ability to analyse mobility reports and data for key stakeholders.
- To manage and coordinate all mobility vendors to deliver services for our assignees in a timely and effective way.
- Become a specialist on the GM policy to answer all policy queries for the business and assignees.
- Handle exceptions to policy with key stakeholders for sign off and implementation.
- Handle assignment cost with key stakeholders i.e. business HR, finance and line managers.
- To ensure all compliance actions for the assignment lift cycle are met.
- Develop a network and build relationships with other stakeholders that interact with GM across the Group.
- To continuously improve the processes of mobility and develop the mobility program to provide the best experience for all assignees.

What you'll bring:

- Operational Global Mobility experience from an inhouse function or consulting
- Understanding Mobility compliance implications e.g. tax, social security and immigration
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a desire to help the whole team be successful
- Very organised and a proactive approach to delivering work
- Able to manage and communicate with internal stakeholders / third party vendors, with experience of handling complex queries
- Customer focused
- High level of attention to detail
- A flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve our processes and ways of working
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and continuously prioritise workload to meet business needs
