We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time HR Administrator to join us based in Doncaster. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 3 days (24 hours) per week, and in return, our Part-Time HR Administrator will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

The Group's companies manufacture quality products for use in human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, aquaculture, and industrial applications. The Company has a UK annual turnover approaching GBP280 million and employs around 1,000 people at 23 sites across the country.

As our Part-Time HR Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Creating and maintaining electronic personnel files, ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required and highlighting discrepancies to the HR Advisors

- Completion of administrative duties to support generalist HR transactions including completion of probationary period documentation, Right to Work in UK checks, incoming/outgoing references and healthcare letters

- Monitoring and maintenance of various HR spreadsheets relating to Pay and Reward processes

- Arranging meetings and associated activities, including notifications to employees and/or Managers, with note-taking where required

- Supporting the recruitment process by organising interviews, liaising with candidates regarding interview outcomes and communicating with recruitment agencies

- Completion of general administrative tasks to support the HR department such as sorting post, devising standard documents and ensuring filing is completed in a timely manner

- Liaising with Payroll in relation to both monthly and weekly paid staff

- Assisting in the production of management reports and statistics as and when necessary

- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as and when required

- Promoting fairness, equality and diversity

- Contributing to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment

What we're looking for in our Part-Time HR Administrator:

- Educated to Grade C or above in Mathematics and English at GCSE Level or equivalent

- Experience working within an administrative support role

- Competent organiser and commitment to ensuring attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written communications

- Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Ability to manage own time effectively and be able to work tactfully and diplomatically

- Proven experience of working within a team

- An understanding of Equality and Diversity, GDPR and Employment Law
