The Digital Technology Sales and Service Tribes cater to all our customers' online needs. We touch every area of a Sky customer's experience meaning we solve a wide range of problems creatively and no two days are the same. You will be joining a diverse team where the focus is collaboration, doing what's best for the customer and our people, and having some fun whilst we do it.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform analysis and use data to identify and validate business assumptions and requirements

- Document requirements in the form of Agile User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

- Where appropriate, use more formal analysis techniques such as Use Case Diagrams and Business Process Modelling

- Work with Product Owners and development squads to build and maintain a well-refined backlog

- Interact with developers and testers daily to ensure business objectives and user needs are accurately understood and implemented

- Contribute to, and help to foster, disciplined Agile working practices, assisting the Scrum Master in daily tasks, and participating in or leading ceremonies

- Use Agile boards to maintain a constant flow of work in play at any time

- Collaborate with other delivery teams within Sky to ensure key dependencies are identified, documented, and managed

- Develop deep domain knowledge of the technology and deliverables owned by your squad

- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

- Strive to improve the quality of our products, and ways of working


WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with superb attention to detail

- Business Analysis experience, ideally in an agile environment

- Practical experience of using agile analysis techniques and tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate at both a technical and non-technical level and handle ambiguity with ease

- Good collaboration and facilitation skills

- An ability to handle non-routine queries and resolve issues from application of previous experience

- Aptitude for working successfully in a fast-paced work environment

- Experience of managing expectations and staying calm and positive under pressure

- Awareness of app and web development technologies, techniques, and practices

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There's also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
