Corporate Real Estate Lawyer - Group Legal Commercial - EMEA
Are you a Corporate Real Estate Lawyer, looking for a dynamic, diverse, regional role working with a collaborative team? This may be the role for you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic commercial lawyer to work within our global commercial/property/technology team. You will likely have 4-7 years post qualification experience in UK, European or US construction and/or leasing matters and commercial contracts
In this role you will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of property matters including leasing and fit-out related construction matters plus broader general commercial contracts for our EMEA (UK, Europe Middle East and Africa) and Americas (US, Canada, Mexico and South America) regions. The successful candidate will also need to effectively manage and work with external counsel in these regions.
In addition to solid construction and/or leasing and commercial contracts experience and a pragmatic mindset, you will need to have strong negotiation skills and attention to detail, be flexible, and able to stay calm under pressure when dealing with competing demands and short turn-around times from internal clients around the world.
Our Group Legal Commercial team is always trying to think of ways to improve the way we work including using technology, so we are looking for you to have an innovative mindset who is willing to think differently and help shape how we run the property portfolio of our practice more efficiently.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction and/or leasing lawyer who is comfortable working independently and taking the lead on business critical initiatives, with the support of a large legal team in a large global organization.
