JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Part Time Administrator with excellent organisation and coordination skills to join the Learning and Development Team. Hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 1.00pm.
Role profile:
* Assisting with enquires with regards to payments/timesheets, training and dates for delivery
* Arranging and coordinating meetings for training
* Collate and issue manuals and update when necessary
* Maintain accurate data summary records for communications
* Accurately update records and circulate with regions
* Provide excellent communications via phone and email
* Organise feedback from team for continuous review
* Providing admin support for course arrangement
* Update documents and training videos on shared files
* Other ad-hoc admin duties as required
Person profile:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience of working within an Administrative position
* Highly organised and able to work under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy levels
* Able to work on own initiative and a good problem solver
