Knight Frank are seeking a candidate for the role of Associate, Senior Project Manager to assist their London-based Project Management team in the City of London.  You will be responsible for managing fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects through their various stages, from establishing a brief, through project team selection, design development and contractor tendering to construction on site. 

 

Project & Building Consultancy undertake a range of projects, both New Build and the modification of existing buildings, with projects varying from 5,000ft2 to 300,000ft2.  Whilst the department covers the EMEA region, the majority of its projects are located in Central London, are typically office interior fit-outs and the typical project size for the successful candidate will be between 15,000ft2 to 50,000ft2 .

 

You will ideally be MRICS qualified Project Manager or hold an equivalent chartered Project Manager certificate.  You will have at least 5 years of post RICS qualified experience and will have BSc degree in Building Surveying, Construction Technology or Architecture.
