Job Details

Knight Frank Finance is looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to join their New Homes Team, based in their Baker Street Head Office, with the following responsibilities:

 

  • Weekly meeting preparation
  • Managing the partner’s diary, making appointments and arrangements for all meetings, as required.
  • Team lead logging on New Homes spreadsheet and on 360
  • Collation of introducer referral feedback from the brokers and then updates to be sent out to introducers.
  • Quarterly and annual Appraisal preparation and on-boarding new starters
  • Sending out of client completion cards
  • Corporate travel arrangement and booking
  • Send out and manage Client Services leads
  • Liaise with marketing to create KF New Homes marketing material
  • Template and order KF and Oriel business cards.
  • Prepare presentations for the team and webinars for David.
  • Assisting team with annual leave requests and ensuring managers have signed any holiday off. Annual leave to be put in the diary.
  • Creating Oriel and KFF Introducer Agreements. Collating FAME reports and passing this onto the KFF Lender Business Partner.
  • Passing invoices onto the accounts team and assisting with introducer queries.
  • Typing of letters, emails, memos, minutes, schedules as required.
  • Dealing with clients visiting the office in a polite, helpful and confident manner.
  • Handling of private and confidential documents and information.
  • Have a good working knowledge of 360 and to run reports for management information.
  • Organise team events and take minutes at the New Homes Board.
  • Handling of private and confidential documents and information.
  • Fielding calls for the branch and Partner.

 

 

Qualifications/Education Required

  • You are likely to have 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Typing speed required – min 60wpm
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude. 
  • Good standard of English grammar and spelling.
  • Takes pride in your work and the work of others.
  • Resilient, diligent and efficient.
