We are a vibrant company specialising in Technical Recruitment across the North West.
We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to work part time (up to 30 hours) you will be working as part of a team within the company. A candidate who is happy to take responsibility, get involved with a range of tasks and has a willing attitude would fit well into this role.
This is a varied and interesting role; you will be engaged in a range of activities including:
* Incoming and outgoing mail assistance
* Maintenance of client and candidate records including scanning, filing and records management.
* Database management.
* Taking calls, messages and answering emails.
* Creating Social Media postings
* General office administration including other ad hoc duties
As the successful candidate you will be:
* Organised, with excellent administration skills
* An effective team member, who supports others and uses their initiative
* Experience working in a professional office environment (preferred but not essential)
* Be responsible and see tasks through to completion
* An excellent communicator
* Competent IT skills
* Motivated, energetic, ambitious
* Possess a keen eye for detail
