We have a fantastic  6 month fixed term opportunity for an experienced innovative, hands on learning and development professional to help scope and create a new Management and Leadership development programme.

This role will provide integral support in the formation and implementation of the transforming our Management and Leadership learning and development programme..

Reporting to the L&D Business Partner this role will work with the business to diagnosis and identify the development needs.

Engaging key stakeholders throughout the process to maximise opportunity to embed the programme throughout all of the Business Units.

The successful candidate will be joining our existing HR team partnering the business in delivering its ambitions for the future.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the projects at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.


Work with the L&D BP to design and create content for an in-house and module-based management training course 

Drive the learning needs analysis process and career development conversations through the promotion of existing tools and actively seeking and developing new opportunities.

Support in the design of functional bespoke learning initiatives required to underpin functional business activity.

You will be:

An experienced professional with the ability to create or amend e-learning and programme content.

Great with engaging with stakeholders at all levels and having influence with your ideas/projects

Work well autonomously, as well as well with others
