JOB TITLE: Part-time Fleet & Facilities Co-ordinator
LOCATION: Watford
CO. TYPE: Manufacturing
HOURS: 3 days per week
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Main point of contact for external partners
New starters / leavers processes and ensuring compliance is met
Collate information from numerous areas of the business to provide accurate information for Insurance claims
Preparing detailed reports for Senior Management
Confident on the phone and ad hoc tasksWe'd love to speak with candidates with:
Able to communicate effectively and at all levels both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
