The Role: Caretaking Supervisor

Starting salary: £25,190 per annum

Persona: Mobile / Field based

Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2022

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in helping to maintain high quality standards to our residents. As a Caretaking Supervisor you will be responsible for providing an effective and responsive caretaking service to the residents by ensuring that the overall appearance, cleanliness and security of the area is maintained to a high standard. 
 

In addition to supervising the caretaking staff you will monitor the grounds maintenance contractors, undertake routine cleaning, grounds maintenance, and health & safety checks. You will also carry out minor repairs and attend resident meetings. You will be required to liaise with internal departments and provide cover for caretakers as and when required.
 

Previous experience including management of frontline staff is essential. Essential qualities will be excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to relate to people of all ages.  You will need to be able to work on your own initiative in a flexible manner.  You will also assist staff with enforcement of tenancy conditions.
 

This post requires a car driver / owner, so a full driving licence is essential
