We are looking for a Business Analyst who is known as Business Solution Designers internally, for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

Location: Home-based/remote

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £47,917.05 - £52,960.95

Contract: 12 month Fixed Term

The difference you’ll make

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing complex business problems and designing new solutions, products and services to support the Change Portfolio.

The role requires managing the delivery of small to medium change and training people in the solutions you have designed and tested before they are adopted by the business. You will need to work as part of an agile squad / project team with responsibility for undertaking in-depth analysis and capturing business needs to identify products and services that provide business solutions to complex problems.

So, who are you?

We’re looking for someone who has experience of capturing business requirements within a complex, multi-site organisation. You will need strong knowledge of industry standard tools and design thinking.

A team player, you will ideally have experience of Agile Delivery and can help us on our journey, but we are looking for great people first so Agile is desirable but not essential as we will always provide training.

The project teams are structured in Agile Squads which has nurtured a team culture with a focus and determination to deliver. This means people do what it takes to get successful outcomes for business and customers. So we are looking for people with the same attitude. The Business Solution Designers occasionally help out with the following capabilities, which has improved delivery performance and pace of change.

The organisation has a diverse portfolio of change with many interesting projects are interested in anyone who has experience in Telecare solutions, Finance/Purchasing Projects, Salesforce or Operating Model Integration. These are not essential requirements but helpful.
