Project Administrator - Sytner Group Head Office (Leicester)
Sytner Properties have a vacancy within their friendly team for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake the procurement of new and refurbished dealership facilities. A construction background, whilst beneficial, is not essential but strong organisational and communication skills coupled with a good understanding of Microsoft Office are crucial. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Finance Manager whilst also assisting the Projects Team in various administration matters.
You will be rewarded with an interesting and varied workload and have the opportunity to become involved with industry-leading property developments for some of the most prestigious brands in the world.
Responsibilities will include the management of project information records, understanding and assisting in the preparation of Capital Expenditure authorisation documents, some aspects of financial control i.e. reviewing invoices, and liaising with external suppliers and other stakeholders to obtain both quality of service and value for money.
Occasionally the role may include travel around the Group and therefore a full driving licence would be required.
