Delivery Executive (Talent acquisition for live roles with leading technology companies. No selling)
Inward is a niche, progressive recruiter working in the tech space, focussing on placing senior level (£100k+) salespeople and senior execs with IT companies.
We have a sales and delivery model in which Inward Salespeople win client assignments and Delivery Executives (DE) find, qualify and introduce candidates.
We’ve established ourselves as a key player in the sector and have exciting growth plans.
We only promote from within and it’s our vision that as the company grows, this role will grow into a Directorial role in the next few years with a headcount of around 20-25 staff. There is a strong likelihood of stock after a short probationary period.
Hours will be between 20-40 per week (to be decided with successful applicant).
We have an office in central Leeds (17th floor with awesome City views!). You will be expected to attend the office once a month for a team meeting and for the rest of the month you can work from the office, home or flexible location as you choose.
Each DE will have their own researcher to manage. The researcher’s role is to find prospect candidates. The DE is responsible to reach out, qualify and be the conduit between client and candidate.
Inward uses the latest technology to match our clients and the DE is responsible for media production, outgoing comms including email, inmail and phone and tech to qualify and interview candidates.
The role will normally be working on 4 roles per month. Each of those roles will need 2-4 candidates carefully selected from cohorts of around 150-250 across the whole of the UK.
Most of the roles will be sales roles with basic salaries ranging from £65k - £130k and On Target Earnings (OTE) of £120k-£300k.
Most of the candidates are home based. All are nice, engaging, sensible people.
Commercial experience in a professional environment.
Intelligent, comfortable communicator, happy to give and receive team feedback.
Happy to self-manage.
Either and understanding of modern tech or a willingness to learn (as a user).
Recruitment experience with senior commercial candidates.
Inward is a flexible company with a flexible approach to working both to hours and location. We are based in Leeds and very comfortable with a mix of home and office working.
Whilst we're a tech recruiter, you needn't have much/any knowledge of the technology sector. We'll train you on what you need to know but our clients don't expect us to be technical.
We'll show you what our clients hire and train on the tech we use to do it.
Basic salary of £25k-£40k per year pro rata.
Bonus of £30k per year pro rata.
Technology allowance. You can opt for £100/month and use your own phone and computer OR we'll provide the equipment.
Stock. Stock options will be available after a qualifying period.
