Salary: GBP10,617 - GBP11,143 Per Annum actual salary (equivalent to GBP17,857 - GBP18,742 FTE)

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Hours of Work: Part-time, 22 hours a week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dedicated Business Plus team on a Fixed Term Basis for six months

The Primary role is to provide a business support function for our busy apprenticeship team ensuring the accurate and timely recording of enrolment data, ensuring compliance requirements are met at every step of the learner journey, and to support the administration of our apprenticeship, traineeship and T Level programmes. You will be dealing with enquiries face to face and on the phone therefore the successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C
Proven experience of working within an office environment with a key focus on administration and accurate data inputting
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to cope within a pressured environment
