Receptionist required in Knaresborough, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Part Time hours - Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

GBP9.80 per hour + benefits (parking on site, pension, life assurance, discount scheme etc)

We represent Pelsis group, an international pest control company, with it's headquarters and training academy in Knaresborough.

The Receptionist will provide support and guidance for visitors to site and administration support to the training academy.

Candidate Requirements:

Open and approachable.
Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees and visitors.
Able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and other internal departments.
Positive attitude at all times.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Support external site booking for training.
Ordering, storing and destruction of appropriate exam papers.
Distribute certificates to candidates.
Send booking form to delegate for them to complete
Book candidates onto training courses.
Raise SO on SAP for course fee (including all details from booking form, SOP available)
Send invoice and joining instructions to candidates.
Cancel courses and advise candidates if insufficient numbers.
Chase payment at least 2 weeks before course date.
Send course info (course register/delegate information) to trainer.
Organise invigilators, in line with The Pelsis Training Academy Procedures and Policies.
Printing training material, as required.
Book examination resits where required.
Ensure CPD points are assigned to the candidates after the course and register CPD points with BASIS or BPCA.
Send completed exam papers and attendance register to RSPH.
Book hotels for the training team as required.
Undertake any reasonable duty as requested, in supporting the Technical Training Managers and wider business.
Receive and distribute mail.
Keep PPE masks stocked in reception.
Order stationery on a regular basis, as required.
Contact coffee machine contractor for issues / reorder.
Support with the daily management of the company fleet.
