My client a highly professional and corporate organisation are looking for a part time experienced receptionist to work 30 hours per week Monday to Friday and flexible on the days and hours worked. My client are looking for a receptionist who has worked for a large corporate organisation and is used to meeting and greeting international clients and visitors, the reception area is very busy and will require excellent customer service and a professional and welcoming approach.
Reception
Providing a friendly knowledgeable helpful service to visitors and callers
Maintaining reception to high standard, smart, tidy and professional appearance
Maintain no names policy
Maintain the validity and presence of visitors to ensure safety of our staff and their possessions
Provide a professional/friendly service to callers by answering the telephone within specified time and developing company knowledge
Provide full hospitality service to meeting i.e. equipment, paper, flipchart, wipe board, projector, refreshments, and lunches using current service providers
Maintain meeting rooms to high standard ensuring that all papers are removed and wipe boards are clear .
Well presented
Good all-rounder to support team and management with administration cover.
Flexible approach to work
Strong team player
Excellent communication along with good telephone manner
Good keyboard skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Confident and comfortable in client facing situationsHealth & Safety
Be responsible for the health and safety of external visitors, ensuring they are aware of the fire exists and rules of evacuation.
Become point of contact as office fire warden and First Aid person
