Part Time Office Administrator
Our client is a well established electrical engineers with their head office in Grimsby. Due to growth they are looking to hire an part time Office Administrator to support with the day to day runnings of the office. This role is part time hours over three or four days, hours are negotiable to suit both applicant and business.
- General typing duties, letters, emails, reports, etc
- Filing, both manual and electronic
- Dealing with enquiries and queries both face to face, over the phone and electronically
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good computer skills, ability to use microsoft
- Good communication skills
