Our client provides specialist point-of-care testing for Covid-19. They are a non-profit Community Interest Company that is committed to ensuring that employers and employees are able to safely return to work and their aim is to assist in the specialist management of company workforces, by offering a platform of COVID-19 tests throughout the pandemic.

This is an office based position based in Windsor and the candidates must be able to travel through to Windsor.

Duties

Manage the PHE data base to ensure accurate records of all Covid-19 tests conducted are reported accurately and timeously to Public Health England.
Handling Customer Calls
Receive and respond to email messages
Managing the stock
Schedule meetings
Develop reports as requested
Perform research as needed
Maintain filing systems and the company database
Maintain the One Drive repository for the business
Awareness of COVID-19 safe work environment
Maintaining the Quality Management System

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

We are seeking graduates with the following key skills and qualities.

Adept in Technology and proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel.

Have the technological skills necessary to perform data entry, manage team calendars, and create company reports are highly sought after admin skills in assistants. It's important to be familiar with Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more. This means you need to have a thorough understanding of computer software, browsers, and operating systems in order to perform the job.

Good Communication Skills

The company needs to know they can trust you to be the face and voice of other employees and even the company. This includes handling incoming correspondence from customers, suppliers, or partners in a timely and professional manner. In addition, it's important admin assistants or clerks have a friendly and positive attitude when they interact with customers, guests, and other employees.

Project Management Skills

Any project management skills or qualifications would be a great advantage.

Accounting Skills

Experience with basic accounting or book keeping would be an advantage.

This is a temporary part time role, 15 hours per week. The successful candidate must be available immediately, have strong administration skills and happy to commit to a long term temporary role.
