As the Marketing Executive, your work will be creative and dynamic – from planning, developing and delivering marketing campaigns, based on Agency’s business objectives. As part of this, on occasions, the Marketing Executive will need to lead meetings and participate in other partner and stakeholder related events.

• Deliver messages in line with MCA's Business Plan and objectives. Be aware of the plan and its contents and be able to link all communications activity to the objectives.

• Line manage and oversee the work of the marketing officer, working as a team and supporting them in this role.

• Keep internal audiences informed and updated about relevant external communications. This might include informing staff or volunteers using the MCA’s intranet, internal social media groups, email, or other online tools.
