We are seeking an all-round marketer to join our friendly, flexible and creative team supporting the south coast’s leading office campus; Lakeside North Harbour. The successful candidate will work to maintain and further develop the profile and engagement of this forward-thinking campus, engaging occupiers, local stakeholders, prospective occupiers and agencies to achieve maximum profile for the client through a mixture of traditional, digital and experiential marketing. You will bring the campus to life and ensure our office occupiers have the best experience possible. Beyond this you’ll be part of one of the most unique teams in real estate, bringing marketing expertise to landlord and investor clients with our unique approach.

This role is part-time based on 3 days per week and there may be potential to increase hours. We value flexible working at Avison Young and this role will be largely home based but does require weekly visits to the location in Portsmouth. We are happy to discuss flexible hours and approaches to working.
