An exciting position has come up in an international yet personal business, offering a part time position as HR Administrator & Office Manager for our UK offices.

The position

This position needs a well-organised and reliable HR administrator. Having relevant work experience in a small business environment, you will be able to make this role your own. You will work with a variety of system s, be part of an international HR team in a growing business, help set up and improve processes, assist management in crucial HR decisions in a rewarding role.

The position is largely an Esher- based role with occasional trips into our office in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new employees (Domestic and International)

  • Contracts management for employees and subcontractors

  • Annual employee reviews

  • Ensure HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

  • Point of contact for employee queries

  • Assistance with visas for travel

  • Co-ordination of work permits and settlement visas with our visa agency

  • Leave/holiday tracking and coordination

  • Explore employee benefits and other incentive schemes to aid employee retention

  • Communication between management, accountants, and external payroll office

  • Offboarding leavers

  • Payroll administration

  • Employee expense claims approval and processing

  • Insurance administration (private medical cover, professional indemnity etc)

  • In addition - many of the above tasks for our Dubai office.

  • Office management - office supplies, mobile phones, leases, decor, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • University degree (or similar higher degree) in relevant field

  • Work experience in HR administration (positive reference required)

  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills

  • Adaptability to working with new software systems

  • Attention to detail and business aptitude

  • A high level of confidentiality

  • Pro-active and organised

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in English language

Bonus Skills (not mandatory)

  • German or other foreign language skills

  • Experience in working with SAP CATS

  • Experience in working in an international service industry

  • Strong MS PPT skills (reformatting, look and feel, creating new templates)
