Part time Aftersales Invoicing Administrator

We are looking to recruit an experienced and well organised Aftersales Invoicing Administrator for an exciting, growing organisation to be based at their UK head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Based on 30-32 hours per week.
Salary: GBP22k-GBP24k pro rata.

You will be responsible for:
* Assuring consistency of information and costs collected in the Work Orders (Spare Parts, Labour, Other expenses) raising formal objections with the third parties when non-conformity is discovered.
* Closing Work Orders within the established deadlines, in accordance with Company Accounting and After Sales policies.
* Identifying and managing (directly fixing or eventually escalating to the relevant departments) system errors which may occur during the process.
* Managing the invoicing process: generation of invoices related to chargeable activities, management of payment methods, credit notes, returns.
* Contribute to the data accuracy of Accounts and Installed Base managing requests of modifications and updates.
* To assist with all other After Sales administrative tasks in line with demands.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
* Fluent in English.
* Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP preferred.
* Management of service orders and invoicing.
* Management of service contract terms and conditions.
* Transparency, intellectual openness, and teamwork.
* Focus on results and accountability, striving for excellence.
* Communication and negotiation skills.
* Structured and process oriented with good analytic skills
