We are currently looking for a part time Internal Recruiter/HR Administrator.

We have a family ethos and are looking for someone who is keen to join our family and contribute to our growth.

As an internal Recruiter/HR Administrator, you will be responsible for Recruiting Team members to join the team and supporting onboarding.

You will advertise internal vacancies, vet suitable candidates and carry out initial telephone and video interviews, before handing over to the Managers for further interviews.

You will utilise Linked in and build relationships with potential staff. You may also build relationships with Rec to Rec Consultants if necessary.

You will foster excellent relationships with team members and the Directors and gain a good understanding of the company culture, so you are well placed to source suitable staff for the team. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and building the company culture.

You will have a successful track record in Internal Recruitment and HR preferably a relevant qualification in HR, however this is not mandatory. Experience working in a Recruitment company is highly advantageous. You will be able to work using your own initiative, have a great attitude and be a self-starter. You will be results focussed and be able to effectively sell the benefits of joining the company.

The Successful Internal Recruiter/HR Administrator:

Will be employed on a 1 year contract (with scope for further extension).

Will be paid 25K - 30K (pro rata) dependant on experience.

Will have 25 days holiday (pro rata).

Will have the flexibility to work from home

Will be working 10-15 hours per week, must be available to work 2-3 hours per day Monday to Friday.
