Part Time Customer Services Agent

8-5 Thursday and Friday

Our client is an award winning customer focused company - they are seeking a candidate to join the Customer Service team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service by email and phone, handling inbound and outbound customer communications in line with FCA requirements and brand standards.

In order to be considered for the role of Insurance Customer Services Agent

candidates must have:

Intermediate Word and Excel skills

Clear confident telephone manner

Previous Customer Service Exposure

Strong organisational skills and be happy to work under their own initiative

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Due to the rural location candidates will ideally be within ?? hour of the Oakham area. They also must be happy to have a DBS check once they commence work due to the nature of the role.
