HR Manager (part time) is required for leading technology company who have developed pioneering technical products and software which enable its customers around the World to reduce crime, save money and protect lives.
With presence in over 40 countries worldwide this is an exciting time to join the company as they execute further plans for market share growth internationally.
The successful HR Manager will work 25 hours per week - ideally 5 hours 5 days per week. In reward you will be paid a salary of GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 p.a. (GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 p.a. pro rata / full time equivalent).
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage all provide a professional HR and People Management service to all staff (c. 60 UK based), ensuring processes are in place to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
Based in the UK head office just outside of Kingston-upon-Thames office with flexibility to work from home.
The successful HR Manager MUST:
Have extensive employment relations experience;
Experience of overseeing and approving payroll;
Be CIPD qualified to level 5 or above;
Be confident in your ability and HR knowledge with the ability to influence others;
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
HR Manager duties include:
Provide HR guidance and advice to employees and senior management team;
Manage the recruitment needs for the business globally
Management of all aspects of HR legislation, ensuring HR policies are up to date;
Onboarding of staff globally;
Management o the annual performance management process;
Support and coach managers with day to day people issues and be the escalation point for complex ER issues;
Oversee Health and Safety;
Identify and recommend training and development initiatives.
