Due to an increase in workload a highly successful company based in Maidstone are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a part time basis working 3 days a week.

This is a part time position working 3 days week on an ongoing temporary basis, however there is potential for the role to become permanent (still part time).

Salary GBP12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Code and check invoices
• Work out VAT payments
• Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
• Check and reconcile supplier statements
• File invoices and statements
• Deal with purchase enquiries
• Process staff expenses
