Part-Time Accounts Administrator - 3 Month FTC
We are working exclusively with one of the global leaders in Home Mechanical Ventilation, Airway Clearance and Sleep therapy who have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Accounts Administrator to join their UK site in Stratford-upon-Avon. Our client is looking for someone who is available to start immediately, with the flexibility to work three days per week initially, with the possibility of this increasing to five days per week further through the three-month contract.
This Finance Administrator is required to cover Q4 to assist in the finance department, providing support to allow for a new systems implementation scheduled for January 2022.
- Input of purchase ledger invoices
- Posting and allocating of daily customer payments
- Daily filing of orders, invoices and delivery notes
- Processing employee expense and mileage claims
- Date entry for item codes, customer addresses etc into Excel
- Monthly reporting to assist in month end management accounts
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Management of office stationery and refreshments
- Answering of the telephone and taking messages during busy periods
- Any other admin tasks as and when required
- To provide support to existing customer services team members
- Must be proficient within Quickbooks
- Excellent Excel skills
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, diligent, and able to work well as part of a small team.
- A high attention of detail is crucial due to the nature of the business
- Polite with a can-do attitude
