About the role

As a Vehicle Coordinator with Sytner Mercedes-Benz Direct you will engage with and support different departments across the business, taking responsibility for a range of vehicles from the moment they arrive at our facilities’ to the moment we present them to our customers. Working in an inclusive, professional and prestige environment, you will deliver an expert customer experience and strive to exceed all expectations.

As an ambassador of both Sytner and the Mercedes-Benz brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the vehicles are prepared to the highest standards; coordinating the receipt and acceptance of new stock in accordance to our procedures and guidelines; valeting and photographing all vehicles ready to be deliver to our customers throughout the UK.

About you

 At Sytner Mercedes-Benz Direct we are looking to recruit an individual who possesses excellent organisational skills and is confident in the use of Microsoft software. Attention to detail is essential in this role as you will be expected to present Mercedes-Benz vehicles to a prestige standard.  We are performance driven and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience every time.
