Position: Registered Service Manager

Location: Gwaun Cae Gurwen, near Ammanford
Hours: Full time, 39 hours a week on average

Contract: Full time, permanent

Salary: £32,000 per annum

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Registered Service Manager to be part of a team to lead and manage specialist residential service. Committed to ensuring the service is compliant with CIW regulations you will also be focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred services to the people they support.

Based in Gwaun Cae Gurwen and set in beautiful surroundings in an excellent location near local amenities, the Registered Service Manager will support 9 people 3 of whom live in self-contained flats with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, autism and behaviours perceived as challenging.

About you:

As a Registered Service Manager, you will share the organisations values and be able to apply these to the work that you do. These values underpin the PRIDE the organisation takes in the services it offers:

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a care management role, the successful applicant will hold or be working towards QCF Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification. You will provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
