A unique opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join us as a People and Culture Partner in our London office supporting Commodities and Global Markets (CGM).

As part of the CGM HR team, you will work with the People and Culture Partners, Global HR Director of CGM and Regional EMEA HR team to deliver a people agenda that is aligned with CGM’s commercial aims, overall people and culture strategy and Macquarie's corporate HR principles and practices. In this role you will build professional partnerships with the business and central HR functions to deliver a diverse range of HR activities, utilising your experience across all elements of the employee lifestyle. There is also significant opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of strategic initiatives and demonstrate your personal leadership.  

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly matrixed, international environment. Your strong communication and decision making skills, as well as your successful track record in a similar role gained within investment banking, global markets, or an entrepreneurial, high growth, international business will see you excel in this role.  You will also be experienced in the UK market, and given the remit of the role, exposure to other European countries would be desirable.
