Description:
A well-established, independent accountancy practice based in Liverpool, is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant to work in a split role across their bookkeeping and payroll divisions. The role is due to growth and is offered either on a part time or full time basis, to suit the ideal candidate.

Working with a busy team with a wide variety of clients, you will take responsibility for:

??Bookkeeping for a variety of clients
??Completing Vat returns
??Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
??Bank reconciliations and posting bank transactions
??Managing a portfolio of payroll clients and providing a high-quality end to end payroll service
??Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
??Liaising with clients in a professional manner

Essential Requirements:
??Experience gained in a similar role within accountancy practice
??Strong organisational and communication skills
