Our client based in Worcester is looking to recruit a Service Coordinator to join their team on a part time basis .
This role would be for 30 hours per week and can either be spread over 4 or 5 days.
Service Contract Controller/Co-ordinator
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Service/Customer support team at their head offices based in Worcester.
This role is an essential part of our service department as the point of contact for customers taking up both new and existing service agreements with ourselves. This will involve offering quotes for our customers requiring maintenance contracts in addition to the responsibility for invoicing monthly and annual billing plans.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role.
General administration and IT skills - word, outlook, excel.
Sage experience preferred but not essential.
Common sense/ pro active approach
Good Telephone Manner
Excellent organisation skills
Strong customer service skills
